To further boost your business and share new updates and opportunities, the Young Living Australia Senior Management Team will be coming to a city near you this August 17th – 24th!

Who are the people behind the brand you love?

This is your Senior Management Team and they will be sharing with you these information:

• Kristen Tod (General Manager) – Kristen brings 20 years experience in leading change, which involves an ability to bring about and lead strategic change, both within and outside of an organisation. As the CEO of a successful start-up, she has facilitated and guided teams in strategic planning, market expansion and formulated new visions, whilst improving overall delivery capability and growing recurring revenue. Kristen is one of the few General Manager’s in the Direct Selling Industry who has successfully built a distributor organisation.
What Kristen is renowned for is her high-end experience leading people towards meeting an organisation’s mission, vision and goals. She has provided influential leadership, people development, mentoring and strategic guidance to staff and distributors within the direct marketing industry, positioning businesses for success. Kristen is passionate about Mary and Gary’s vision for Young Living and is committed to helping you build your Young Living business and share our beautiful oils with every Australian. Kristen will provide an overview of Young Living both here in Australia and globally.
• Stephen Said (Operations Manager) – Steven has a Bachelor of Business with a Law major. Steven has many years of experience in Policies and Procedures and is also be responsible for Regulatory Affairs, Customer Service, the Warehouse, Supply Chain and Human Resources. Stephen will update on Compliance and ‘Sharing Young Living the Right Way’
• Sigrid Hamacher (Marketing Manager) – Sigrid has a Bachelor of Health Science, a Bachelor of Business with a Marketing major, an MBA and very importantly, an Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy & Nutrition. In her native Germany, she is a qualified lawyer! Sigrid will deliver exciting information on new products launching in Australia and will give details special offers and discounts on the night.
• Kim Hill (Business Development Manager) – Kim recently moved from Young Living Headquarters in the US, where she worked as the Business Development Manager for the past year and a half. Having worked with Silver, Gold and Platinum leaders, she has extensive knowledge of Young Living and the business building techniques that attribute to business growth and upranks. Kim is extremely excited to be a part of our Australian team and to work closely with each of our leaders.
